Many Layers Cake Shop LLC was founded in 2021 by baker and artist Brandee Simone.

I specialize in creating bespoke wedding cakes that combine elegance and artistry, made entirely from scratch using the highest quality ingredients. My philosophy is that the flavors and textures of a cake are just as important as the show-stopping exterior. My goal is for your wedding cake to embody and tell the tale of your unique love story, capturing and enhancing the aesthetic vision of your wedding day, while being the most delicious cake that you and your guests have ever tasted.

I am fully licensed and insured, and am certified in allergen awareness and food service management.

Please note, I am not offering smaller occasion cakes (birthdays, etc.) at this time.
