All of my cakes, buttercreams, and fillings are made entirely from scratch. Each layer is made using elements such as rich butter, unbleached organic flour, the finest Belgian chocolate, luscious heavy cream, and fresh organic fruits. I make my own caramels, fruit jams, citrus curds, marshmallow cream, and so much more. My vegan cakes are crafted with vegan butters and organic non-dairy milk.

The cost of a custom, boutique wedding cake made by an independent artist is always going to be more than a cake made by a production bakery operating on a larger scale. The reasons are multifaceted: an independent artist is going to spend more time dedicated exclusively to your cake. From the initial consultation, to the design process, to the sourcing of ingredients and the crafting of handmade decorations, all the way to the creation and delivery of your cake, you can be assured that your wedding cake is in the best of hands.
The average Many Layers wedding cake ranges from $1,000-$1,800 depending on the size and complexity of the cake design. My minimum wedding cake order is $500.
